The outer circle represents the all-encompassing Supreme Being that transcends time and space. The inner circle (wheel of time) represents time and space. By placing the house (Jeevalaya) within these two circles, the transcendental and the temporal dimensions of reality are emphasized.
The triangle (wisdom eye) symbolizes knowledge, while the bread (Eucharist) placed at the centre stands for life. The motto, darśanāt jīvaḥ (from knowledge to life), is embedded on the triangle-bread unity. The three sides of the triangle represent God, the world and the human being, meaning that they are the constants of knowledge and life.

Jīvālaya guru-mandira dehi śiṣyāya guru-darśanam sudarśanam /
Jīvālaya prasāda-sadana pāhi janān avidyā-bandhāt mukti-harāt //
"Darśanāt jīvaḥ" ity etat tava bhāsuram jīva-darśanam /
asmān naya sādhakān jīvāya paramāya param pariśuddhāya //
Ātma-paramātma-vicintanam viśva-viṣaya-vicāraṇam /
tattva-praghoṣaṇam ca śubhaṁkaro tava dharma-mantraḥ //
Jñāna-prabhavas-tvam vacana-vasatis-tvam guru-nilayas-tvam snehālayas-tvam /
Jīvālaya jaya tvam sarvadā sarvatra jvala tvam deśe’smākam //
O Jeevalaya, temple of the (supreme) Teacher, bestow upon (your) disciples the splendid vision of (this) Teacher.
O Jeevalaya, home of the Eucharist, protect your people from the bondage of ignorance that blocks (the way to) liberation.
“From knowledge to life” - this is your superb vision of life.
(Kindly) lead us, your (spiritual) aspirants, to life supreme and most holy.
Meditation on the self and the Supreme Self, reflection on the objects of this universe,
(and) proclamation of philosophical wisdom: Do these diligently is your auspicious advice.
You are the source of wisdom, abode of the Word, dwelling of the (supreme) Teacher, (and the) home of love.
O Jeevalaya, be triumphant always and everywhere, may you shine forth in this land of ours!
